- Lucas Broussard has withdrawn from Finlandia Trophy and has been replaced by Stephen Gogolev.
- Kimmy Repond has withdrawn from Cup of China and NHK Trophy due to a foot injury. She was replaced at Cup of China by Anna Pezzetta and Livia Kaiser at NHK Trophy.
- Nina Pinzarrone has withdrawn from Skate Canada and NHK Trophy.
- Tomoki Hiwatashi has been assigned to Cup of China.
- The Skating School of Switzerland has posted that after nine years in Champéry, Deniss Vasiljevs has left the Skating School of Switzerland.
- Journalist Lori Ward has created a Substack account where she will deliver in-depth investigative stories from inside the world of figure skating and other elite sports.
- NBC Sports and U.S. Figure Skating announced the 2025-26 television schedule.
- A Finnish news outlet published an article stating that Juulia Turkkila and Matthias Versluis had to withdraw from Nepela Trophy and Trophee Metropole due to a leg nerve injury for Matthias.
- Ice Theatre of NY’s Will Sears Award Honoree Shae-Lynn Bourne will perform in the company’s Fall Frolic Performance Oct. 30.
- Our friend, Alex Benoit, appeared in an episode of Chicago PD last week. The episode aired on Wednesday on NBC, but you can still see the episode on Peacock. Alex will be starring as Tony in Westside Story at Casa Mañana in Fort Worth, Texas Nov. 1-9.
- Nulo Pet Food was named the official pet food partner of U.S. Figure Skating.
