- Skate Canada announced the fifteen Canadian athletes to compete at the World Championships
- Women: Madeline Schizas
- Men: Roman Sadovsky, Wesley Chiu
- Pairs: Kelly Ann Laurin/Loucas Ethier, Deanna Stellato-Dudek/Maxime Deschamps, Lia Pereira/Trennt Michaud
- Dance: Piper Gilles/Paul Poirier, Laurence Fournier Beaudry/Nikolaj Soerensen and Marjorie Lajoie/Zachary Lagha
- A lawsuit has been filed in Cook County Court, Illinois, against coach Vearle Klinger; the owner of the figure skating academy where Klinger worked and the victim attended; two other coaches; the Darien Park District; the Darien Sportsplex and U.S. Figure Skating. The lawsuit says Klinger raped and sexually assaulted a very young minor student between 2016 and 2018.
- Anastasia Olson, who was performing as Belle in Disney on Ice and was hospitalized after a serious fall during a show in Minnesota, is now in stable condition.
- Gracie Gold’s memoir “Outofshapeworthlessloser” is now on New York Times Best Sellers’ List.
- There was the 40th Anniversary of the 1984 Olympic Podium at Glide at Brooklyn Bridge Park with Brian Orser, ScottHamilton84 and Jozef Sabovčík.
- Jane Torvill and Christopher Dean celebrated 40 years of their Olympic gold medal this week, by announcing that they are heading out on their last ever UK tour before hanging up their skates. The tour will be in 2025. For dates and ticket information, http://torvillanddean.com.

- Men: Japan’s Kao Miura won gold; Nozomu Yoshioka (JPN) won silver with Valtter Virtanen (FIN) won bronze
- Women: Japanese sweep with Rion Sumiyoshi winning the gold, Hana Yoshida taking the silver and Mako Yamashita taking the bronze
- Junior Men: Arlet Levandi (EST) won the event, with Raffaele Francesco Zich of Italy and Jedidiah Lincoln winning silver and bronze respectively.
- Junior Women: Sarina Joos of Italy won the event, with Gabriele Juskaite of Lithuania taking the silver. Sarina’s sister, Noem Joos, took the bronze.

- Giorgi Revia is undergoing rehabilitation after having knee surgery to remove half of his meniscus:
- Team USA junior ice dancers Amy Cui and Kenny Eckert have ended their partnership. Kenny will look for a new partner
- Team USA junior ice dancer Helena Carhart posted on Instagram that injuries were the reason why she and Volodymr Horovyi missed most of the season. She also mentioned she had undergone ankle surgery to remove a bone cyst. The surgery went well and she is expecting to be back on the ice in a few weeks.
